The Dartmouth Group’s 2026 Pillar Awards

he Dartmouth Group recently conducted a TDG Star Search to find the team members who embodied Associa’s pillars of service (demonstrate care, communicate effectively, exercise leadership, build relationships, own the resolution) the best.

The branch also awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award to the person with the highest marks across all the star qualities. Here are the winners:

Demonstrate Care

Demonstrate care means we make a personal connection and work to see any issues from the customer’s point of view.
