We develop customized concierge services for our clients under the supervision of our full-time concierge hospitality manager—an industry first. From 24-hour, "true" concierge services to valet assistance, we'll build a unique approach based on the needs of your community. We offer several different levels of white level service, all of which can be tailored to better address the wants and needs of your property.
Hands-on Staff Training
Need to equip your existing in-house staff with hospitality training for your residents? We'll work with you to create a personalized training program that will teach your staff how to provide the high-quality service expected in luxury buildings. Our team possesses several years of collective experience in the hospitality industry and we're adept at sharing our wisdom with building staff.
