Bob founded The Dartmouth Group in 1987 in order to meet the demand for high-quality property and association management services.  After converting a 50 unit apartment complex to condominium ownership the new owners requested that The Dartmouth Group stay on as Managing Agent.  While there were plenty of "Property Managers" listed in the local Yellow Pages, the board found that few appeared able to deliver the type of high-end, focused and proactive services they were seeking.

From that start, The Dartmouth Group has grown to manage over 50 associations, apartments, and commercial properties comprising nearly 8,000 units. 

Bob's role as CEO is to guide the strategic vision of the company and to spearhead the development of new technologies and services to better serve The Dartmouth Group's customers.  Bob has a B.A. from Connecticut College, has completed extensive real estate courses at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and is a State Certified Consultant in Affordable Housing for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Bob has served as a past member of the Board of Directors of the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
