Nick is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dartmouth Group.  Nick's primary responsibility is to direct the day-to-day affairs of the company and to oversee all property and association management activities.

Nick's background includes fourteen years with Eastland Bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate, where he managed all bank-owned real estate and was responsible for all facilities management functions.

In addition, Nick has extensive experience with HUD sponsored and financed developments, and remains directly involved in the day-to-day management of HUD financed elderly and subsidized housing in the company's portfolio.

As a Certified Property Manager® (CPM), Nick is a proven industry veteran who has managed hundreds of properties, large and small, residential and commercial.  Nick's mandate is to assure customer satisfaction and strict attention to detail by all staff members.

Nick is a graduate of Clark University, a CPM, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has also successfully completed the designated curriculum and has recieved his NAR's Green Designation.
