Nancy has 23 years of experience in the on-site property management of residential apartments and condominiums.  Her on-site experience helps Nancy relate well to on-site property managers and maintenance personnel as well as Trustees and their involvement with the day to day operations of a property.  Nancy is analytical and handles her position in a professional manner, but always with a smile.  She realizes the importance of keeping the focus of her attention on the protection of the properties' residents as well as the properties' physical and financial assets.

Nancy is a designated Community Manager of Condominium Associations and is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate salesperson and a Notary Public.  Nancy is a cum laude graduate of Stonehill College with a BA degree in Sociology.
