Michael Monahan has been in the real estate business for approximately 10 years.  He has experience successfully managing residential condominiums, office buildings, rental retail space, light industrial, and market rate residential housing.  He possesses both a Real Estate License (inactive) and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's.  In addition to his property management experience Mike, has development / construction experience.  He also has been an Officer in the Real Estate Trust Department of Mellon Bank which provides him a solid understanding of the financial statement / reporting, forecasting, and planning.
