Kathleen has been in the property management industry for over eleven years, managing multiple residential units including condominium associations and apartment complexes.  She has worked primarily in the Somerville/Cambridge area.  Her experience was focused on working with property owners to ensure all aspects of the property's needs are being met.  Her responsibilities for these properties have included all financial, budgeting, planning and administrative functions, as well as day-to-day maintenance planning and supervision.  As a portfolio manager for The Dartmouth Group, Kathleen oversees a multi-site portfolio of six condominium communities in the Metro-West area. 

Kathleen received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and has a strong interest in continuing her education.  She is in the process of taking classes through CAI to receive her CMCA and AMS designations.
