 As controller, Jim is responsible for directing and managing all financial services provided to our clients. In addition to overseeing the financial reporting and cash management activities, Jim reviews all monthly financial statments as part of The Dartmouth Group's quality control process.
Jim's project responsibilities include assisting management staff in budgeting, planning and capital allocation. Jim oversees the development and deployment of client tools such as online access to financial information and on-site accounting systems, where appropriate.
Under Jim's supervision, The Dartmouth Group's accounting department has earned widespread praise within the professional community for consistently delivering superior service, impeccable reporting and a comprehensive approach to delivering financial services.
On behalf of our association clients, Jim has raised in excess of $2 million in funding for capital projects, and has directed commercial and multifamily refinancing in excess of $10 million.
Jim is a member of the AICPA and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accounts. He has a BS in Business Administration from Babson College.
