Anthony has been building and managing properties for 9 years.  He entered the business working for the fastest growing adaptive reuse developer in New England amassing a management portfolio of over 1000 units.  During this time Anthony supervised all property management.  He also spearheaded a development team that built more than 1000 residential dwellings and fit out more than 1,000,000 SF of commercial/retail space.  Projects included; converting factories into luxury apartments, converting an occupied mall in New Haven, CT into a thriving mixed use commercial, retail, and residential community, and repositioning the former Southern New England Telephone building in downtown Hartford, CT into 132 luxury units.  Anthony also worked on 2 prominent mill conversions in Lowell, MA.  All of the aforementioned properties were managed by Anthony subsequent to construction/conversion.  Additionally, Anthony is very well versed in facilitating construction processes in occupied buildings.  Anthony graduated from Syracuse University in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
